How do I receive and use my tickets?

Immediately after booking and payment confirmation, your digital ticket with a unique QR code is sent straight to your email. You do not need to print anything. Simply present the QR code on your smartphone screen at the venue gate, turnstile, or to your activity instructor for direct check-in.

We offer a 100% full refund with free cancellation up to 24 hours before your scheduled activity, tour, or attraction date on all eligible products. For the Bali Experience Pass, unactivated and unscanned passes are eligible for a 100% refund within 30 days of purchase.

One digital pass gives you access to multiple top attractions across Bali while saving you up to 35% compared to on-site gate tickets. Your pass validity begins automatically on the calendar day of your very first venue scan, not the day of purchase. Simply show the single digital pass at participating turnstiles across your valid pass window.

All curated Day Tours (such as our Best of Ubud, Uluwatu Sunset, and Nusa Penida trips) include private, air-conditioned vehicle transfers with dedicated English-speaking local drivers. For standalone attraction tickets (like Waterbom Bali or beach clubs), transport is self-arranged, but private driver charters can easily be added to your itinerary.

Yes. Island travel requires flexibility. If your schedule changes, message our Bali support team directly on WhatsApp (+62 851 3707 8182) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled slot, and we will adjust your booking date free of charge, subject to operator availability.
