  • Payment Information: Payment transactions are processed directly through certified, PCI-DSS-compliant payment gateways (such as Xendit and international card networks). ChilloutPass does not store, process, or have access to raw credit card numbers or CVVs.
  • Device & Browsing Data: IP addresses, browser types, operating systems, and page interaction timestamps collected via cookies to optimize mobile responsiveness and prevent fraudulent transactions.

How We Use Your Information

We process personal data strictly for legitimate operational, transactional, and service fulfillment purposes:

  • Issuing Digital E-Tickets: Generating unique mobile QR barcodes and emailing booking confirmations instantly upon payment.
  • Operational Dispatch: Sharing necessary booking details (lead guest name, booking ID, pickup point, and participant count) with authorized local operators, licensed guides, and assigned transport drivers strictly to facilitate check-in and pickup.
